Congratulations - Gusso Surety Bonds

Gusso Surety Bonds Inc. has been named Surety Agency of the Year for 2010 by United Fire Group. The agency is located in Sioux Falls, S.D. This is the first year for the Surety Agency of the Year award, which was given by United Fire Group to the agency that has shown consistent and profitable growth for United Fire Group.

Jason Gusso, from Gusso Surety Bonds Inc., accepted the award during the United Club Luncheon at the Cedar Rapids Country Club on March 10, 2011. “As the first-ever recipient of the United Fire Group Surety Agency of the Year, I’m very proud to receive the award,” said Gusso. “I hope to be a contender for it in the future by way of profitable business.”

Gusso Surety Bonds Inc. has been a member of United Fire Group’s United Club for six years and licensed to do business with them since 2004.

Congratulations - Fiegen Construction

The 2010 Build America Award has been presented to Fiegen Construction for the Benchmark Foam project in Watertown.

Benchmark Foam's Watertown plant was destroyed by fire in December 2008.

"The decision to build was not difficult, we had many options when it came to who would be our Design/Builder.  Our biggest concern was time.  We had to be back up and running as soon as possible.  Upon checking references, Fiegen became our clear choice.  They have the history of not only going a great job, but doing it on time and on budget."
